Xero Price Changes
Xero has announced updates to its pricing structure, effective 1st September 2025, which will impact several popular plans.
- GST Cashbook: This plan will be retired and replaced by the Ignite plan, priced at $35+GST per month. The Ignite plan includes essential features such as invoicing, bank reconciliation, and GST filing.
- Ignite Plan (formerly Starter): Will remain the same price at $35+GST.
- Grow Plan (formerly Standard): Will increase from $75+GST to $83+GST per month.
- Comprehensive Plan: Will increase from $99+GST to $110+GST per month.
- Ultimate Plan: Will increase from $113+GST to $125+GST per month
.
These changes reflect Xero’s ongoing efforts to simplify its offerings and bundle more features into each plan, such as payroll, expense tracking, and advanced analytics.
If you are on a time and cost basis, your September invoice will reflect the increase in fee. If you are on a Monthly Instalment Arrangement, we will be in contact with your new fee based on the Xero fee increase.We’re here to support you through these changes and ensure you’re getting the most out of your Xero subscription so please get in touch to:
