Tael was founded by Natasha McDowall, Natasha a qualified Chartered Accountant with a strong background in business and not-for-profit management. Natasha has extensive experience in the corporate world helping with their business growth and strategic financial management.

Elton is a Director and manages technology direction at Tael. Elton brings over 20 years of IT knowledge and experience and provides advisory services to help customers solve problems, drive efficiencies and innovation in their businesses.

Customer Engagement Manager

Carol is our Customer Engagement Manager. Her main function is to ensure that all clients are satisfied with our products and services, whether it’s responding to customer enquiries, answering Xero questions or setting up client training, the role is about making sure the clients are engaged and communicated to. She is also the first point of contact for our new clients to ensure they are supported in the transition to Tael.
