Carol Beech

Carol is our Customer Engagement Manager. Her main function is to ensure that all clients are satisfied with our products and services, whether it’s responding to customer enquiries, answering Xero questions or setting up client training, the role is about making sure the clients are engaged and communicated to. She is also the first point of contact for our new clients to ensure they are supported in the transition to Tael.

Carol comes from a strong customer service background and prides herself on building strong, effective relationships with clients. She studied International Business at University and pursued a career in business and project management. She has worked in the accounting industry for more than 7 years and before that had a strong focus on streamlining business systems and processes and project management.

Carol is a mum of 2 active boys, so spends a lot of her time trying to keep up with them, from bike riding, bush walks, beach days and they all enjoy a good board game.
